Earth and Space Science Study of earth and its place in the universe; ocean, shaping earth, weather, planets and stars. Examples: Hydrologists, Geoscientists, Astrophysicists, Astronauts

Physical Science Study of energy, motion, sound, light, electricity, magnetism and chemistry Examples: Chemists, Physics teacher, Material Scientists,

Chef A profession that needs to know chemistry because cooking involves chemical change.

Geoscientists Studies Earth… focuses on movements in the crust that cause earthquakes. Studies rocks and minerals.

Study of matter that makes up all things. Chemistry Study of matter that makes up all things.

Material Scientists Study the properties of materials Example: -ceramics to understand how they would perform in space -Test metal used to make cars

Physics study of matter and its motion through space and time, along with related concepts such as energy and force: Physical Science
