NZ Geospatial Strategy Governance structure for central government geospatial resources. Management of government funded geospatial data. Accessibility of government geospatial data. Interoperability of central and local government geospatial resources. - Why we have one... it's a response to... and how this differs from the needs identified above. - Broadly what it relates to, what its bits are, and what it will do.

OneLand: Vision Good decisions in government and the community about our one land: made with an understanding of links & sustainability from robust analysis & a clear picture of land facts using data pooled from many sources, including local & central government enabled by the timely, reliable, responsive, and open sharing of land data

OneLand: Objective To effectively integrate land data: enabling integrated planning and monitoring for evidenced based decision making, and reducing costs & risks by sharing data & its collection & storage. Why aren’t we doing this? Because we don’t have a HUB or a Data Sharing Commons!

Data Sharing: OneLand Supply - Side Demand - Side Local Government HUB Forums Policy Funding Protocols Data directory Discrepancies Access control Quality statement Usage commitments Sharing commitments Supply - Side Local Government Central Government Spatial Industry Research & Training Demand - Side Citizens Customers Consumers Communities Businesses
