2. Services Category Page in LESC home page The services category page can be accessed from the LESC menu bar Select a specific service category to jump directly to the Services Selection Page 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. All rights reserved.

2a. Services Category Display The New services category page would be accessed from the LESC home page navigation or menu bar. Click on the menu item itself to reach the category page of services 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. All rights reserved.

3. Select a country from Services Select Page Select country from the Services Selection Page (from the top right hand side, highlighted in red) If the user comes from LESC, this page will default the same country that was selected in LESC home page However, the user has the choice to change the country in this page to any one of the available 98 countries 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. 3a. Services Selection page, from available Services Sub Categories Service Selection Page shows all valid Service descriptions for the selected Country User can browse a H/W product using Product Catalog or Input an MT/MTM/LFO in the ‘Search Product’ box and Search Specific PNs and List Prices are displayed after an MT/MTM/LFO is input, or on the export report Download Catalog will generate a complete services catalog by product for this Country 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. 3b.Search/Find Service Offerings for a MT from Services Selection Page Enter the MT number in the ‘Search Field’, and Search System will reduce the full country list of service offering descriptions to those compatible with this machine type. 3d. Select a H/W product from Product Catalog, to get Service Offerings details Instead of typing in the MTM p/n, you can browse the product catalog to find the MTM you’re interested in The selected H/W product from the Product Catalog will be displayed in the Search field, for the user to Search 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. 3e. Directly input a H/W product MTM Number to get Service Offerings details User can also directly type in the full MTM number if you know it. Enter the MTM number in the ‘Search Field’, and Search 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. All rights reserved.

3f. Search Service Offerings for an MTM, and Export XLS report Export report for a specific Machine Type-Model shows compatible services for this specific model. 4. Services Selection Page – Generate a Quote From this Services Selection page, user can ‘select’ services to generate a specific list of services for this product for export to a quote. After providing the HW MT/MTM part number by typing it into the Search field, or finding it in the Product Catalog, User can ‘select’ specific services After selecting the services you want, you can ‘Review Selections’ and Price ‘Continue to Summary’ is where you can get a summary of the services you selected along with the HW it is compatible with 1 4 2 3 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL. 4a. Services Summary page From Summary page, user can: Review their service selections and the Hardware it was compatible with. Save to xml, and xls Select quantity to increase or decrease the quantity of the configuration. Navigate solution catalogue to select services for other Hardware 2015 LENOVO INTERNAL.
