CLASSES AT IEP

You will meet them before lunch! Who are my teachers? You will meet them before lunch!

Classes meet EVERYDAY between 8-5pm depending on level Please arrive on time! If you are not able to come to class because of an illness or other reason, please contact your instructor via e-mail. Your instructors will give you their e-mail addresses on the first day of class.

Remember that your classes are credit-bearing Remember that your classes are credit-bearing! If you move to academic it counts. Many Government programs/Partner institutions will ask for your syllabi when you go back home. Please keep these!

Filing a Complaint If you have a problem, please follow these steps: If you aren’t happy with your level or grades, please talk to your teacher. They can work with you to create a plan to help you through tutoring and other things. If you have a problem with housing, or personal things, please let Laura know. If you have a problem you can’t talk to Laura or your teachers about, please fill out our Complaint Form.

Who do I talk to? Examples: I am in the Advanced level and I think I should be in Advanced Plus. I got a letter from the bank I don’t understand. I don’t like my roommate and my CA isn’t helping. A teacher was very mean to me and I want to report them.

IEP Policies Students may cancel their IEP enrollment before the first day of class without any penalty; however, application fees are non-refundable. Once classes begin, we do not provide any refunds to full time students who withdraw early. Students are allowed to repeat a level 3 times, but if they fail a third time, they will not be allowed to return to the IEP. We expect students starting in the beginning level to complete IEP classes after 4 full semesters.

Pick up your schedule & textbooks: What Level Do I Study? Placement test: January 20th at 10:00 am in the IEP Building Bring your ID Pick up your schedule & textbooks: January 23rd at 8:00 am at the IEP building
