Who do I talk to? Examples: I am in the Advanced level and I think I should be in Advanced Plus. I got a letter from the bank I don’t understand. I don’t like my roommate and my CA isn’t helping. A teacher was very mean to me and I want to report them.
IEP Policies Students may cancel their IEP enrollment before the first day of class without any penalty; however, application fees are non-refundable. Once classes begin, we do not provide any refunds to full time students who withdraw early. Students are allowed to repeat a level 3 times, but if they fail a third time, they will not be allowed to return to the IEP. We expect students starting in the beginning level to complete IEP classes after 4 full semesters.
