UN Paris Climate Summit Set the goal of limiting global warming to less than 2 degrees Celsius (°C) compared to pre-industrial levels before 2100. Some scientists calculate that zero emissions will need to be reached between 2030 to 2050 in order to achieved the 2 degrees Celsius (°C) target. Between April 2016-April 2017 all countries must implement laws which enable these goals to be met and must sign the Paris agreement. At present the largest changes need to occur in China and the USA
