Applied Psychology: An International Review Objectives Publishes work that develops, tests, or advances applied psychology theory, research, and practice Has well-articulated and strong theoretical foundations.

Introduction: 3 Purposes Show the significance of the topic, hook readers’ interest, and attract their attention, Identify the theoretical gaps, inconsistencies, controversies, and deficiencies, and Provide a brief preview of your specific value-added theoretical, empirical, and practical contributions to the literature that will fill the gaps and create a new theory.

Citation Title and Abstract: Ask Interesting research questions and reveal novel, counter-intuitive findings (The two faces of transformational leadership: Empowerment and dependency) “Aha” and “So-What” Repeat key terms consistently in Title, Abstract, and keywords Craft your work from readers’ perspective: What terms will readers use in their search (Google, Web of Science)?
