Θα πρέπει να αναγράφονται τα στοιχεία του εκάστοτε καταστήματος (όνομα καταστήματος-διεύθυνση- άτομο επικοινωνίας-τηλέφωνο) καθώς και τα στοιχεία του καταναλωτή μαζί και το πρόβλημα που παρουσιάζει η μικροσυσκευή-ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Τέλος θα πρέπει πάντα να επισυνάπτεται το τιμολόγιο αγοράς του πελάτη. Αν οι πιο πάνω διαδικασίες και στοιχεία που απαιτούνται δεν ακολουθηθούν/αποσταλούν ορθά, τότε η εγγύηση του προϊόντος δεν θα ισχύει.
