Optional Elective Credits Delaware Volunteer Credit Summer Work Credit 90 Hours = 1 elective credit administered by the State of Delaware Locate a non-profit volunteer site through: www.VolunteerDelaware.org Keep track of hours on log forms printable through the site Provide documentation of 90 hours of service by April 1st to the Counseling Office 150 hours of tax-payable work = 1 elective credit Bring in paystubs as documentation to receive credit Working teaches responsibility, time management, and “people skills.” Not to mention, it looks good on college applications and puts a little cash in your pocket.
