Mentor-Protégé and JV Agreement 9/26/2013 Renova/Sovereign Mentor-Protégé and JV Agreement Renova and Sovereign were approved by U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) under a Mentor-Protégé (MP) agreement in 2015. Through the MP agreement, Sovereign has and continues to work with Renova to enhance its management, technical, financial, business development, and contracting infrastructure to support federal contracts. Sovereign has worked with Renova to develop their skills in the area of environmental remediation, specifically with the installation, construction and O&M of soil and water remedial treatment systems. Renova and Sovereign have an SBA approved Joint Venture.
