Targeting Hostel Campuses Benefits: High Reach Access to target age group (18-24) Higher conversion rate Easy to implement Cost efficient Procedure: Put a few oil dispensers in common washrooms of certain identified hostel campuses Put PAJ logo on it & write a note on it, “Looking for shiny hair?” (refer to the picture) Students shall use the oil as samples post their shower On liking the product, they shall purchase PAJ bottles of higher volume Looking for Shiny Hair ?

Targeting Malls & Cinemas Procedure: Install one interactive vending machine in each of the selected malls, which will throw up questions (regarding hair care & PAJ) one after the other on its screen Put PAJ logo on it & write a note on it, “How well do you know your hair?” (refer to the picture) A user can enter his name & appear for that quiz The machine will keep asking questions till the user gives a correct answer. Once the user gives a correct answer,  the machine will display. "Congratulations, you're just one step away from bright shiny hair. Please collect the sample from the below dispenser“ The machine will then dispense a sample sachet of PAJ as well as a pamphlet that covers all information about hair-care & PAJ The pamphlet shall also give details of our contest "Sabse Shiny Selfie" to be played on facebook Benefits: Extensive Reach Access to target age group (18-24) Value for investment Easy to implement. The machine installation just requires a one-time program installation, & then it can work autonomously. It just needs its inventory (sample sachets & pamphlets) to be replenished manually once every morning How well do you know your hair ?

Targeting Hair Salons Procedure: Benefits: We propose a new offering called "Khushboo wali Champi" since the concept of Champi has been introduced by the Parachute brand itself Distribute PAJ sample bottles (100 ml each), sample sachets & pamphlets to selected hair salon owners Ask them to use PAJ for all those customers who come to their salon & wish to have head massage If the customers like the smell & other attributes of PAJ, they shall inquire the hair salon owner about the product Upon this, he can give small sachet & pamphlet to the customers Benefits: Access to target customer segment First hand experience of product enabled to customers Cost efficient Word of mouth publicity Trust factor of regular customers on hair salon owners

Targeting Social media Procedure: The "Sabse Shiny Selfie" contest will be played on facebook The users of PAJ, who have now used PAJ via the samples obtained through hair salons or the machines installed at malls, will send their selfies to PAJ's exclusive email address, flaunting their shiny hair. PAJ will upload these pics on its FB page & the window opens for voting, starting from End Of the Day on which it is uploaded. These pics shall compete against each other for maximum likes. There will be a separate deadline for the closing of votes. The "likes" registered before & after this "voting window" shall be discounted & we shall ensure there are authentic likes from FB accounts (accounts with minimum 50 friends) The first 2 photos that get maximum likes get gift hampers (the exact prizes for the two shall not be disclosed upfront, but only after the winners are decided). Here's what the prizes are: For winner: One year's subscription of PAJ along with INR 7000 cash For Runners up: 6 months' subscription of PAJ along with INR 3000 cash The Sabse Shiny Selfie contest will be played every fortnight.
