The developer had secured a nominations agreement with OBU, which created significant interest in the opportunity. In a very competitive process CBRE used their market intelligence and advised their client to offer a clean and uncomplicated bid, this secured it. The USAF Fund owns the student accommodation next door.

Through our market knowledge and close relationships with buyers we were able to identify a potential buyer prior to going to market. An above quoting deal level was struck and the sale successfully completed in Q1.
