Pipette parts assemble ‘example 2’ 2,3 4 1. Place a piston on the table. 2. Place the spring on the piston, then the compression elements. The set consist of 3 parts, connect before assembly. 3. Place a compresion bush on the piston. Make sure the seal & o-ring socket is positioned upwards (hole with larger diameter). 4. Put a thin layer of grease on the piston. The piston needs to be moistured slightly, remove any excess of grease!

Pipette parts assemble ‘example 2’ 5 6 5. Put a teflon seal on the piston. Hat shape end upwards! Then place the o-ring. 6. Put on the shaft and the nut. 7. Holding the assembly carefully attach it with the handle and tighten the nut. Fix the nut tight! Poor fixing may result in shaft unfastening, bad precision and leakage.
