Progress Timeline. Enlightenment Reformation Mycenaean's Classical or Greece Renaissance

Mycenaean Period The Mycenaeans came from the grasslands of Southern Russia. They began to move to Europe, but finally they settle in Greece. They began to grow crops and to built ships, for trade. Mycenaeans were warriors at heart. The Mycenaeans are famous for their attack on Troy. At the end of the Trojan War the Mycenaeans were conquered by the Dorians.

Classical period or Greece. The Classical period stands for a period of getting to create an Empire. Greece Influenced the Roman Empire, and Western civilizations. This period brought many advances in, Math, Politics, Geography, Physics, Medicine and economic.

The Renaissance The Renaissance is a cultural movement that was between the 17th and the 18th Centry in Europe. The renaissance brought interest to many people about classical art, classical writings, ect. The renaissance is also called Rebirth, because it was the start of a new Era. In this Era people became less concerned with the mysteries of heaven and more interested in the world around them.

The Reformation The reformation was a period of change, in the way the Church taught or Practice Christianity. The reformation took place in Western Europe during the 1400s and the 1500s. This started with a Germanic reformer called Martin Luther, who created the Protestant Religion. In this period many reformations or changes happened. These helped the people to think and pass to the Enlightenment Period.

The Enlightenment Period This period is best known as the age of reason, was between the 18th Centry in Europe. This movement brought many changes, because many people started to use their reason to now what was good and bad for them. This period promoted intellectual exchange between each other. Baruch Spinoza,  John Locke, Pierre Bayle, the mathematician Isaac Newton and Benjamin Franklin were Philosopher who made part of this period, and brought ideas of change.
