Training & Development Training & development is ingrained in the make-up of ConSol. We have an on-site, award winning CIPD qualified Trainer who delivers an ISMM-endorsed training in the form of: one-on-one call coaching, formal training, buzz sessions, online material and continuous on-the-job support. Both entry level and experienced employees receive bespoke training and support throughout their career to help them develop their skills and progress through the business. All consultants receive the PROGRESS plan upon joining which maps out a clear path for progression throughout the business, and clear goals towards promotions and salary increases.
