The Past…... Netherton FC had a Girls set-up in 1994 Peterborough Diamonds FC Joined Netherton FC Joining Netherton FC in 2010 Changed name to Netherton Ladies & Girls FC 2011

The Present… 5 Ladies and Girls Teams… and growing! Under 11s, 12s, 13s, 16s, and Ladies 1st team Ladies Reserve Team in place Productive and Proactive Committee Northants FA Standard Charter Community Club of the Year 2016

The Journey so Far… Revised the committee set-up Installed new Chairman, Vice and Treasurer Introduced monthly meetings for the committee Professionalised our documents (in line with ISO 9001) Revamped our constitution Become a near cashless club Introduced a robust compliance process to monitor training requirements

The Journey Continued…. New website utilising the Pitchero platform Recruited new U13s managers Recruited assistant managers for U12s Added a Goalkeeper coach (FA Level 1 Standard) Introduced a code of conduct for players, members and parents/carers Improved communications right across the club

The Immediate Future… Establish a Junior Development section for girls aged 6-10 years Establish partnerships with Feeder Soccer and Key sports to attract new players Application to become Arsenal FC sister club for 2017/18 Maintain our FA Standard Charter Community Status All coaches will be at FA standard Level 1 by the close season

Our Ambitions….. Establish teams at all levels from U6s to Ladies Uniform all players with kit, training gear, Jackets and individual kitbags To be officially the Best, Biggest and most Professional Girls and Ladies Club in Peterborough Establish the1st Team in the Woman's Premier League South within 10 years (3 promotions away) Run a yearly Summer Tournament Run School half-term and summer camps for girls

Did You Know… Netherton Utd Ladies play in the FA Cup each season! Netherton Utd hold the highest level FA Charter Standard status – which is the Community level. Netherton Utd were named as FA Charter Standard Community Club of the Year for 2016. The ladies team are only 5 promotions away from the highest tier in English Women’s Football – The Women’s Super League!
