The Reason In 2004 the National Defense Authorization Act authorized full commissary benefits for members of the Ready Reserve Unfortunately four years later service members and their families continues to struggle to receive the benefits due to lack of facilities We all need to support the “Onsite Sales Program” so we can bring the benefits to them regardless of how FAR IT COULD BE
