Overview MyITgroup as develop our Fast Track Assessment program to support our clients in their evaluation of a planned implementation of SAP BW and/or SEM. The following document provides the specific information and overview of our approach for conducting the assessment, including activities, timeline and deliverables.

Fast Track - Assessment Our assessment may be split into four distinct assessment areas, each with a clearly delineated scope. The scope of each of these areas are determined by a combination of best practices and our prior project experience in similar assessment projects. Business Assessment The Business assessment will employ a review of the business processes used in the reporting environment today. This review will focus on the areas where consolidating occurs and the loading and the presentation of these number to the end-user. It is not an assessment of the calculation of the numbers or the formulas used, but rather a process review against best practices for BW reporting. Business Assessment consists of: Business processes in SAP BW reporting As-is support organization User satisfaction and BW system interaction Training for users, technical project staff, and business organization

Technical Assessment key activities: Review current BW landscape and functional requirements Review BW base installation to ensure all components are installed and functional based on business requirements Review data extraction, ODS, Infocubes, queries Review Intersystem communication Review performance metrics across OS / DBASE / Application Review portal integration, if applicable Capture gaps and issues and provide risk/impact assessment Develop assessment document and make recommendations

Technical Assessment If client is installing new system: MyITgroup will conduct a conference call with our BW lead to discuss all relevant technical requirements for the installation and handle any pre-installation question and issues that the client may have. If systems are installed already: Once systems have been installed, we recommend that our BW Basis Lead be on site for five days to review the system. The goal will not only provide the Technical Assessment of the new installation. During this period they will not only review the installation, but provide knowledge transfer on key performance and tuning options within the system.

Strategic Roadmap Based on the Business and Technical Activities, MyITgroup will conduct an interactive strategy session in review of our findings and develop a BW/SEM road map that can be used by the client. Strategic Road Map key activities: Strategic roadmap for implementing proposed solution(s), including scope and a prioritized plan Proposed reporting architecture Milestone plan for tool or data migration Technical scope of proposed component

Project Management The goal of the project management session is to focus on how to run a successful BW implementation project. MyITgroup will discuss the overall objectives and scope of the BW /SEM implementation and review the overall implementation approach. Based on this understanding, we will validate the template project plan and highlight all key activities that are required to meet internal objectives. The goal is to ensure that our clients are provided a project template plan that reflects all the key activities that are required to perform a successful implementation. As part of this effort, we will also discuss all known issue and risks and document to ensure these are managed to.

Fast Track Timeline MyITgroup usually provides assessment services within a single week period. Note: The actual duration will depend on which area the client wants to focus on and the deliverables required.

Fast Track cost MyITgroup goal is to provide and assessment that is tailored to your specific needs. Most assessment are carried out between 4-7 days of both on site and offsite activities. Fast Track cost are typically between the following: $12,000 to $20,000 + Expenses Assessment as detailed in this document: $17,500 + Expenses NOTE: Actual fee will be determined based on client assessment requirements and deliverables being requested. Assessment Range $6,000 - $30,000

Client Requirement We recommend a small core team of 2 individuals that are assigned full-time to the assessment from the client side We also recommend that key SME’s and technical resources be available part time to support the assessment over the 5 day period.
