Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Schedule a Meeting Open Microsoft Outlook 2013 and click New Items, and then click Online Meeting or just click on New Skype Meeting button Complete invitation fields To Recipients Subject Location Start and End Time Send Invitation

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Control Meeting Access Open Outlook, and then select the Calendar. Click Online Meeting. Click the Meeting Options button in the Online Meeting group. The Meeting Options dialogue box is displayed. Select Access and Presenter options as well a Audio and Phone settings for your meeting. Click Meeting Options to access the settings for your meeting.

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Joining a Skype Meeting The meeting invitation contains multiple ways to connect to Skype Online Online Meeting. Join Skype Meeting connects you to the meeting through Skype Online allowing you to hear conference call and see visual content such as web camera and desktop sharing. Join by Phone connects you to the conference call if you are using a home or cell phone. It connects you through Skype Online if you are using Skype Online Phone Edition or the Skype Dial pad. Conference ID required when prompted. You are not prompted when using Join Online Meeting or Meeting Hyperlink. Non-Skype participant can partake in the conference via supplied dial-in number and access code Attendees to a meeting who join before the host caller will be held in individual lobby areas (with hold-music),until the presenter joins

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Joining by Dial In For the user on a Skype for Business client, the caller will show up as ‘guest’

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Managing Skype Meetings If a caller is connected from a noisy environment, or the connection is lost and gives number unobtainable on audio, select the caller and click to see the options to mute or remove the attendee

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences All participants Dial In only If no presenter is joining via a Skype for Business client, but by dial-in phone only, the meeting will prompt the leader to press * and enter your PIN. If you forget or need this, the PIN is accessible via Tools, Dial-in Conferencing Setting. This will open a web page (sign in using your company credentials) and reset your PIN. NOTE: This is NOT the same as your voicemail PIN.

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Ad-Hoc Meetings / adding users to a conference call   If you are already on a call to someone, you can simply make it into a conference call by adding further participants. Press the people button to invite additional people on to the call Click on ‘Invite More People’, then you can enter a number or type in a contact: This will show you who is on the call, and an option to Invite More People

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Ad-Hoc Meetings / adding users to a conference call Select the correct contact then ok, and the conference window opens: There will be a delay whilst the additional person is contacted - when they answer, their details will be put in the conversation window: You can repeat this as required to add further participants

Create & Participate in Audio Conferences Meet Now Alternatively you can start a conference call off immediately by using the Meet Now function which is accessible from a drop down menu next to the settings cog, or if the menu bar is displayed, the Meet Now menu option.
