Taklimakan Desert What are some living things in the Taklimakan desert? Very few people live there because it is a very dangerous place for people to stay. Many goats live there. It also has many snakes. There are very few plants living there. Many camels live there also you can find tigers there. It also has a rare kind of deer that lived or lives there.

Sometimes it drops to negative 4 degrees, very rarely it drops to negative 20 degrees. But if it’s not winter, it’s hot. The Taklimakan Desert was voted driest and hottest desert in china. Also, the Taklimakan Desert gets lots of rain. It sometimes gets 10 millimeters of rain. In 2008 the Taklimakan Desert got 4 centimeters of snow.
