Objectives Capacity & Capability Project Primary Objectives   Minimise shortfall in supply chain Capacity to deliver HE Capital and Maintenance Programmes Ensure Resources are adequately skilled to deliver HE Capital and Maintenance Programmes (including skills ‘shift’) Minimise future construction sector inflation caused by insufficient capacity or capability Secondary Objectives To maximise the opportunity to source and distribute resources on a local/regional basis (…for efficiency & local employment) To support Diversity & Inclusion
