Background to the Portal Working as part of the network of County Voluntary Councils across Wales to look at how we meet the needs of groups Efficient, capacity building & empowering ways of working Funded by PAVS for the third sector in Pembrokeshire A reshaped way of working for PAVS Our ethos working with groups has always been one of empowering groups to do things for themselves and to build capacity. This tool sits very firmly alongside that message and way of working.

Pembrokeshire Funding Portal Free search tool Internet based Register once and then use it! No limit to the number of people from your organisation that can register Full scheme and contact details linking you direct to funder websites

Screen shot of browse funding function

There are two search functions; the Search for funding which is shown here. Explain what this is and why it is useful

What next… 1) Register, log in and use the site! www.idoxopen4community.co.uk/pembrokeshire or through the PAVS website www.pavs.org.uk 2) Access PAVS support Help PAVS to demonstrate the need for this service Screen shot of the search function area of the site – get support from PAVS to find out how to get the best from the site and how to use the information from the site to benefit your organisation. As always important that this information forms part of a structured approach to funders. And remember that grant funding is just one source of funding available to voluntary and community groups.
