How the recruitment and selection of the human resources are done in our countries? (For the professors and the other persons of the staff). The status of teachers (laws, regulations). based on the law of public education and its regulations It is done by the principal of the school have to fill in an application form and submit their diploma, CV there five degrees of qualification sometimes teachers have to sit an exam before the interview teachers with a degree of qualification are more preferable

Evaluation of teacher’s job special elaborated chart Requirements considered in evaluation of teacher’s job planning and organization of the teaching process work in a team and on projects achievements with students at Olympiads and competitions individual work with students and their parents as well

How does our educational system motivate the teachers How does our educational system motivate the teachers? What rewards (awards)? What salaries? Motivation is still not well-developed teachers’ salary is not much popular now each school has a different delegate budget 80% of this money is given for teachers’ salary teachers with qualification receive a certain amount of money for each degree teachers with achievements with students are given same extra money per lesson to develop further students’ knowledge

The social importance of teachers work for the development of the school as institution and the society as a whole the quality of secondary education is good the problem is that most of the best high-graduated students leave the country Lack of good specialists has negative effects on the development of the economy of the country young people do not choose the career of a teacher very often

The possibilities and the requirements for the in-service training of the teachers in our countries the courses of degree qualification are voluntary there are different in-service courses organized by the ministry of education attending different cultural events organized by cultural institutes, done especially for language teachers annual conferences in different subjects with reports and discussions there are courses running at our school aiming to broaden teachers’ knowledge scientific magazines with articles about teachers’ experience and shared knowledge

How are the teachers organized at FLS “Romain Rolland” What structures, what responsibilities? teachers are organized in subject units there is one main teacher this structure is well-working all teachers are well-informed

Relationships between teachers, between the teachers and the managers of the school the relationships are professional and friendly most teachers work together in teams it is the right formula for students and teachers’ success teachers are together when there is something to celebrate, too

The role of the collective opinion suggestions coming from different units are voted sometimes there are a lot of debates there are no subjective decisions.

Mechanism for defense of the staff in a situation of conflict or crisis - syndicates there are three teacher’s syndicates to be member of them is thoroughly voluntary there is a general contract with the ministry of education the contract is debated and all extra suggestions are considered and voted by the members they are submitted to the principal there are negotiations between the principal and the leaders of the syndicates when they agree the contract is signed.

Thank you for your attention!
