INTRODUCTION This project is a automatic car washing system by using of “DELTA PLC”.In this project all the stages to clean the car (watering, soaping; brushing; drying) are done in automatic way (AUTOMATION).
AUTOMATION The use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimum or reduced human intervention. Some processes have been completely automated.
IMPORTANCE OF AUTOMATION The biggest benefit of automation is that it saves energy and materials and to improve quality, accuracy and precision.Totally it increases the machine efficiency.

DELTA PLC The main advantage of this delta PLC is communication of PLC with our PC. Communicate this PLC with the help of ethernet or IP address or without addressing mode (using RS – 232 cable).

ADVANTAGES This process helps in saving water. This car washing system is more efficient and relevant as compared to others. This system is easy to operate.
ADVANTAGES In this process we can reclaim the water used for washing. Pollution free. Less Area. Man power requirement is less. Time requirement is less.
DISADVANTAGES Its primary cost is very high. Use of chemical shampoos in this process is very harmful. Large area required.
