Project

Habilitator The EEA Grants is a financial mechanism established by Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. These 3 donor countries are members of EEA as opposed to EU. They do not contribute financially to EU’s common policies, but they do reduce the disparities of EEA’s countries with the help of the grants. The EEA Agreement was signed by EEA’s and Hungarian representatives in October 2011. 40 billion HUF were allocated to finance the project implementation between 2009-2014. The implementation period has not terminated since the successful projects will continue until 30 April 2017 after the long preparatory processes.
