Gray Collegiate Academy - Soccer Offseason Workouts: If you are involved in a sport at GCA or via Club, those sports take precedent in the offseason However, the weight room is available Monday-Friday at the following times: 7am, 8:30am, 11am, 12:30pm (No 12:30 session on Fridays) Prospective players should lift at least twice a week These lifts should last 45 minutes Email Coach Heise at kheise@grayca.com to alert him to when you will be working out Coach Bayer will have an attendance sheet for sign in daily
