PDN Organize - Face Sheet

PDN Organize – Patient Summary The Encounters section enables clinicians to see when, where and why a patient has been treated around the community. For this patient Tiffany Smith that we had very little information, the clinician s/he is starting to get a much better sense about the type of care received in the past with a recent inpatient admission for CHF as well as a history noted of diabetes and hypertension. During the review, we see there has been a relatively recent inpatient admission which may prompt wanting additional details about that event. Let’s move to Test Results and see what else we can find.
