Some general reminders Safety: Please care about your safety! Please care about the risks at work that you are exposed to and that your work might cause for others! Be alert! Don’t take risks! Drive carefully! Particular attention: Electricity, stored energy (el. & magn.), ionizing radiation, microwave radiation, laser, presence of cryogenics … In questions of safety, don’t hesitate to ask your Supervisor, Section Leader, Group Leader, DSO! Please also see here: https://espace.cern.ch/be-dep/safety.aspx! Work on electrical equipment only with the proper “Habilitation Electrique”! We have the RF Safety Working group, presently Eric Montesinos, Gerry McMonagle, Carlo Rossi & Johannes Broere. They also act as Safety Link Persons. The Radiation Protection Experts (RPE) in BE-RF are Pierre Maesen and Gino Cipolla. 12-Dec-2014 BE RF Annual Meeting 2014
