By-Law’s Summary: • Summit bylaws and registration paperwork to the Campus Coordinator who will submit to the Director of Athletics for approval BY SEPTEMBER 1st • Officers must be elected by a quorum. • Officers must read the Booster Club Guidelines and sign and return the form stating they have done so. • No one person may hold multiple offices. • Head Coach / Sponsor must be in attendance at all meetings in an advisory capacity. • PISD employees may not serve in a financial capacity of a booster or other parent organization. • Bylaws must address the organization’s fiscal year, organizational structure, and the methods used to elect officers
