Introduction Following eYETS lesson learned restitution in OMP on May 15th 2017, decision was made to implement the 3 following Workgroups: Improvement of Work Permit management Implementation of Guidelines for Planning and Coordination Re-foundation of Instrumentation Templates This presentation defines more precisely Workshops organization and deliverables.

Improvement of Work Permit management OBJECTIVE Lesson learned sessions after eYETS 2016-18 revealed room for improvement in the use of Work Permits. This workgroup shall clarify and communicate required practices applicable on the field.
