Girl Greaser Fashion Clothing usually worn by greasers include T-shirts in white or black (often with the sleeves rolled up),=ringer T-shirts, and Italian knit shirts Baseball shirts, bowling shirts, "Daddy-O"- style shirts, denim and leather jackets, black or blue jeans (with rolled- up cuffs anywhere from one to four inches), baggy cotton ...

Boy Greaser Fashion  Greaser is often associated with rebellion in the 1950s or 1960s. Young men or boys who were greasers usually enjoyed rock 'n' roll, leather jackets, and muscle cars. The term "greaser" is derived from the slicked back, waxed hairstyle that many wore during that time period. While some greasers were involved in gangs, most greasers were just part of a club or group.

How Greasers fashion was really know as… Back then greasers where know as the “Cheap” people. Men or boys usually would wear dark blue jeans and black leather jackets. Ladies or girls usually wear know as wearing tight long skirts and polka dots They were also know for using a whole lot of hair products

History of 1960 Fashion History of 1960s Fashion and Textiles. ... By the mid-sixties, the flared A-line was in style for dresses, skirts and coats. Slim fitting, brightly colored garments were sold cheaply in boutiques all over 'Swinging London' and had tremendous influence throughout Europe and the US.

Greasers Fashion Summary To dress like a greaser, wear well-fitted dark jeans, a solid white or black T-shirt, and a leather or denim jacket. To complete the look, style your hair into a pompadour, and put a comb in your back pocket. Use pomade to get the shiny style that inspired the term "greaser.“

Girl Socs Fashion Since the Socs come from affluent families, they can afford expensive clothes and typically wear clean, striped or checkered shirts with madras ski jackets. preppy skirts dresses no jeans no sneakers headbands pony tails ribbons flats (shoes) khakis They did indeed wear all of these things.

Boy Socs Fashion   They wore madras shirts, beige pants, high socks, nice shoes, and usually had a sweater looking think with no sleaves over it with a white shirt underneath They made sure that there outfits and hair looked perfect before they would go out in public

Socs Fashion History The Socs were the rich kids. They lived on the West Side. The Socs were always getting drunk and looking for fights with greasers. The Greasers always thought that the Socs had it better than them, but they find out that the Socs are cool to the point of not feeling anything. They find out that the Socs have it just as rough as they do. All of the Socs drove corvettes and wore madras. They got everything they wanted, but had to be cool.

Compare and Contrast Greaser and Socs Fashion The Socials and the Greasers were different in many ways.  There are a few that are obvious and others that are not. First, there is the issue of money.  Socials were rich kids from the  West Side.   Greasers were generally poor and lived on the East Side of town. Then, there is the way they are perceived by the public.  Grease rs were seen as unruly and unlawful.  They were looked at as if they were dirty because of their long, greased hair. Socials were seen as good kids who did not get into any trouble. They dressed well and drove nice cars.
