Drexel’s uniquely created business and research data and other digital collections are institutional records, subject to protection, preservation, organization, and accessibility for proper re-use.
The Data and Digital Stewardship division plays a key role in evolving and implementing the Libraries support of a university-wide approach to research data management and curation of digital content.

Discovery Program The Libraries’ Discovery Program focuses on the evaluation, implementation, customization, and maintenance of the systems, tools, and services that support the process of discovery, such as Summon and Millennium's WebPac.
Metadata Services Program The Libraries’ Metadata Services program promotes discovery and sharing of resources by creating, enhancing, and optimizing metadata for use and re-use in a variety of tools, techniques, and services, in support of the research & scholarly needs of the Drexel University community.
University Archives Program The University Archives acquires materials (in all formats) of enduring value, for preservation and access, to assist in the learning and research of the faculty, students, and interested members of the public.
Data Services Program The Libraries’ Data Services Program is a plan of action directed at achieving the goal of supporting Drexel’s data-intensive teaching, research, and scholarship activities.
