To expedite your ordering process, it is highly recommended that all part number research be accomplished using the current Technical Order. Halvorsen Technical Order 36M2-3-45-4 Tunner Technical Order 36M2-3-35-14 Once you have located the correct part number(s), you may begin the order.

Go to Tunner/Halvorsen Home Page www.drs-ssitunner.com Click the Tunner Login link or the Halvorsen Login link Depending on what type loader you will be ordering parts for.

Logging in to the Parts Order Site Enter your User ID Enter your Password Click the Login button 1 2 3

Logging in to the Parts Order Site (continued) Use dropdown menu to select Loader Registration Number Enter Loader ETI (Elapsed Time Indicator) ie. engine hours Enter Work Order Number If the Loader Location is correct, click No Change. If the Loader location has changed, click Update and enter the new location.

Starting the Parts Order Process There are three search option: View Table of Contents – Figures Process instructions starting on slide 8 Part Description Process instructions starting on slide 10 Part Number Process instructions starting on slide 14 1 2 3

Option 1 - Parts Ordering by Figure Select View Table of Contents – Figures (see slide 7) Select the Figure number that your part is located in Select the Image (sheet) that your part is located on to verify the part Scroll the bottom of the page to the part you need and click on the box next to the part you want to order Click on the Add to Cart button You will automatically be taken to the Shopping Cart Screen 1 2 4 3

Option 2 - Parts Ordering by Part Description Enter part description into the Part Description box Click on the Search button 1 2

Option 2 - Parts Ordering by Part Description (continued) If your part is listed under multiple figures, all Assemblies will be displayed on the screen Select the Assembly that you would like to view

Option 2 - Parts Ordering by Part Description (continued) The part selected will be highlighted in yellow It will also show you the Item Number and Image Number of the part You may select the Image number at the top of the illustration to verify the part you are ordering Click on the box next to the part you want to order Click on the Add to Cart button You will automatically be taken to the Shopping Cart Screen 4 6 5

Completing Your Parts Order If the loader will be NMCP or VDP, select Y in the Vehicle Down drop down menu Enter any unusual circumstances to your order in the Problem Description block Enter your name and a commercial phone number (if available) in the Mark for box If you can accept a Saturday Delivery, select Y in the Saturday Delivery drop down menu If you have Special Instructions, you may enter them in the Special Instruction block (please limit entries in this block to 125 characters or less) The top portion of the order is optional and only the Special Instructions and Saturday Delivery information will show on your order notification. 1 3 4 2 5

Completing Your Parts Order (continued) Adjust the Quantity of the item being ordered Enter a Problem Description Specific failure explanation Limit response to 125 characters of less Enter Fail Type from the drop down menu If the part is needed to refill a CHPMSK, select it from the Kit Replenishment drop down menu The information on the bottom of the order is VERY important for failure analysis and should be as specific as possible. 6 7 8 9

Completing Your Parts Order (continued) Double check your order for accuracy! To Remove a part from your shopping cart: Click on the box next to the part you want to remove Select the Update button When you are confident in your order, Click on the Place Order button 1 2

Thank You For Your Order Click the Ok button and then Click the Log Out button You should receive a “Part Order Notification” email with the details of your order soon.
