You may email the bids to the Contract Specialist listed on the solicitation, however the original Bid Bond Guarantee must be received at the GLAC office on December 9, 2016 at 2:00pm CST in order to be considered.

Basis for Award NCO 12 Great Lakes Acquisition Center Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offeror. A contract will be awarded to an Offeror who is deemed responsive and responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose proposal conforms to the RFP’s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, and certifications).
Evaluation Factors Price NCO 12 Great Lakes Acquisition Center Price The Offeror’s price may be evaluated by the Contracting Officer for reasonableness per the below definition. Price Reasonableness: Reasonableness is based on the proposed price compare to historical prices for similar efforts and price competition obtained by the other Offeror’s proposals submitted in response to this RFP. A reasonable price represents an amount that a prudent person would pay in a competitive business environment.
