What do our emotions tell us? Emotions are strong reactions that are felt in response to an experience Awareness is key; it helps you to express what you are feeling in a clear manner Emotion accompanied by facial changes Some emotions can cause physiological changes Examples?

What is love? A strong affection or deep concern for another person There are different types of love: Love of Friends Love of Family Love of Spouse Love of Country Love of Humanity
