My suggestions for feasible GCOS Action Items intro ¦ ECV performance: host · strategy · data · best practices · capacity building ¦ action items My suggestions for feasible GCOS Action Items Get a steward institution or consortium for each ECV => formalize the corresponding GCOS mandate (e.g. MoU) Ask for an annually updated indicator graphs for each ECV From these, select a set of GCOS Climate Change Indicators => feasible, understandable, high-confidence level Introduce regular checks on data access => tasks for AOPC, OOPC, TOPC? michael.zemp@geo.uzh
