It runs test events on top of Kollective SD ECDN without disrupting end users. Based on a comprehensive evaluation, the SD ECDN can be optimized to deliver a high quality viewing experience to every employee, without congesting the network. Every enterprise network is unique and requires experience to address the complexities of delivering live video streams at scale. Kollective has a decade and a half of experience testing and addressing enterprise video delivery challenges for over a hundred of the biggest brands in the world. Our product is different from Hive’s NRT. Hive includes Self-serve Network Readiness Test (NRT) in the base product and the customer runs it themselves. This is only interesting in as much as a customer wants to only see what might happen. Given they lack agent configurability; there is little benefit to Hive running the NRT for the customer since the only changes are to the customer’s network.
