Project Objectives: To retrofit any custom jobs so that we can create a new career in Peoplesoft to be used for non degree seeking students. Identify all jobs in Peoplesoft that have been customized to look at the 5 basic careers already defined in the system. Retrofit all custom jobs to allow for new careers. Create a new career in our test environment to identify full impact Notify Campus of new career plans and timeline so that downstream systems can plan accordingly Analyze impact to the Registry data structure.
Status: Requirement Gathering – pre-project Identify all jobs to be retrofitted – Completed Identify change needed per job – In Progress – July 30th PeopleSoft jobs/sql/code/pages need requirements identified.
