There Must Be Self-Control: Strong Drink – “Temperance” Proverbs 20:1 Not wise to be led astray by it Romans 13:13 “walk properly” “not.. In drunkenness” Daniel 1:8 “not defile himself” Covetousness – Ephesians 5:3 “not even be named among you, as it fitting for saints.” Acts 20:33

There Must Be Self-Control: In Marriage – 1 Corinthians 7:5 5 Do not deprive one another,… come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.” Before Marriage – 1 Corinthians 7:8,9 “…if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry.”
