OUR MANUFACTURING We manufacture 20% in house and for the 80% we align ourselves with world class manufacturing partners. Issue Cut tickets to control the fabric waste and to guarantee the quality assurance Issue technical sheets, specification, bill of materials and grade rules to ensure the overall control in manufacturing process in house and in outsourced plants.

OUR SOURCING & QUALITY CONTROL Purchasing Fabrics from only the finest, most reputable fabric mills to ensure consistency The fabrics we use are developed and resolutely tested for colorfastness, shrinkage, abrasion, snag, pilling and wrinkle resistance. Color Mate Analyzer provides high speed color measurement Independant testing laboratories to validate specifications and test results provided by the mills. Quality Controllers daily function to conduct random quality checks on individual operators. Operators are rated on a scale of 1 to 10,where 10 is excellence. QC’s monitor the 10-12 operators to ensure everyone is tested at each point in the process.When the finished product arrives to our distribution center ,our quality control check point conducts a final statistical check ,where 5-10% of the each lot is pulled.
