The role of the Youth Advisory Board in WP5 is: To ensure that messages addressed to their peers are youth friendly and in appropriate language.

A stakeholders mapping exercise will also take place in each country: all partners to map their stakeholders . The list will be incorporated in the Strategy

We won’t create new social-network accounts All partners to post on their owns, using #yeip

Activity 5.4 YEIP’s network development YEIP’s website will also have an integrated database that will be used as an international network of relevant stakeholders and young people. We aim to have over 5,000 subscribers by the end of the project who will receive regular updates. All partners to promote the network through their contacts

Activity 5.5. Production of 2 webinars for young people and professionals (IARS) We will use YEIP’s results to develop 2 webinars that will be hosted on the YEIP website: 1 addressed to young people – this one will be designed in partnership with IARS Youth Advisory Board and will be used to communicate project findings, raise awareness about the risks and consequences of radicalisation activities and promote positive anti-radicalisation messages and safeguarding options. 1 addressed to professionals – it will incorporate an audio-visual version of YEIP’s final results informing about YEIPs’ model and state of the art “Prevent” approaches across Europe. Webinars will be produced in English and a subtitles option in all partner languages will be provided.

Activity 5.6 International Conferences (ANS / IARS) We will host two international Conferences (D5.4). An opening conference in Italy (by P10) and A closing conference in the UK (by P1). The conferences will be attended by 100 key stakeholders each from research, policy and practice and young people from across Europe. The events will be filmed and will become available as webinars to the broader national and international community that will be hosted on YEIP’s project website.

Activity 5.7. Final report and YEIP PREVENT model (IARS) The project will integrate all its findings from WP1, 2, 3 and 4 into one consolidated report. A comparative section will bring the findings together providing analysis at the national and EU level. It will also include a conclusion in relation to the effectiveness of the YEIP Prevent model as well as recommendations for implementing the YEIP policy measure for a bottom-up prevent approach to youth radicalisation using the GLM. The report will be annexed with the YEIP PREVENT model which will take the form of a tested toolkit with case studies and referral sources.

Monitoring of all dissemination activities All dissemination activities should be recorded and related evidences collected ANS will provide a template to record performed dissemination activities – they will be collected on a 6 months-basis and a report will be produced.

Attention!! We have a contractual obligation to always use the European emblem (the 'EU flag') and the name of the European Union spelled out in full in all communication and promotional material. The preferred option to communicate about EU funding through the Erasmus+ Programme is to write 'Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union' next to the EU emblem. Examples of acknowledgement of EU funding and translations of the text are available at http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/abouteacea/visual-identity_en The brand name of 'Erasmus+' shall not be translated. Guidelines for beneficiaries on the use of the EU emblem in the context of EU programmes are available at http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/communication/services/visual_identity/pdf/use-emblem_en.pdf
