Architecture The Phillippines basic architecture is something like this Nipa Hut. It is traditionally made from bamboo sticks lashed together. It is covered with special nipa leaves to keep rain and coconuts out of the house. It is a lot like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand's architecture because of the stilts they all use to stay safe from floods.
