Sept. 27th – mass at 8:30 a.m. Fri. Sept. 30th – dismissal 11:00 a.m. No After Care! Fair begins at 7:00 p.m. A Note from Your Teacher: n Our fair preparations are finally coming together. A big thank you to my room moms and helpers! I honestly couldn’t get through this craziness without you guys. Please send your donation or item for our basket ASAP if you have not already done so.. Mrs. Dugas – olphgrade2@yahoo.com Test Schedule September 26th – 30th Mrs. Dugas – olphgrade2@yahoo.com Upcoming Tests: Wednesday Math quiz on ch. 2, lessons 8-12 (Refer to p. 24-28 in “little math” book. Feel free to have your child work any problems that haven’t been done in class for practice. Thursday Language quiz on commands and exclamations (Look over p. 74-77 in green grammar book) Friday Spelling test Reading test on “Henry and Mudge and the Starry Night” Spelling words: n stop state strap browse nest straight hand skeleton brave ask clip stream mask twin breeze Notes: Study the spelling words extra next week. Some of them are tricky! We are reading a story in our reading book next week, so books should go home daily, and students should read the story each night. Our fair skit is coming along well. We will be dressed in white t-shirts with “Do you love me?” written on the back. Students will wear khaki shorts and school shoes with the t-shirt. Information on final fair details will come home next week so be sure and check folders daily.
