Vision – Strategy - Action 0 -1-100 ZERO SHE Incidents 1 Team 100% Engagement

Vision – a shared vision for all Parmalat Employees

Strategy – SHE Road Map 2011 & 2012 Achieve a culture of ZERO SHE incidents actively demonstrated, by all, within Parmalat. Compliance and continuous improvement opportunities for the SHE Management System. Targeted and measurable risk reduction strategies, to address site significant risks, to be in place for all sites. Specific focus on manual handling risk reduction via the rigorous application of the hierarchy of control. Step change in Injury Management Processes and Accountability. Development of an Environmental Sustainability Action Plan that balances stakeholder and business needs.

A poorly maintained body will “break down”.
