ABSENCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING Background As part of the Absenteeism & Incapacity service offering to Transnet, ICAS offers Absence Management Training sessions. 300 in-contact sessions are offered during the three year contract period, which has been proportionally assigned to the operating divisions. An outline of the training sessions will follow.
