Why Eating Healthy is Good for Teens Do you wonder why eating healthy for teens is a good benefit?. Well because when teens eat healthy and balanced they perform well at school than smart unhealthy kids. The kids who eat healthy have less injury, less pains, wont get sick as quick, and get much smarter.

Definitions Carbohydrates: A group of sugars i.e.: Sucrose and Lactose Fat: a substance which is very hard to break down and can store nutrition for the body. Protein: A natural product from meats and great for exercise Dietary Fiber: Natural Fiber from plants not from man engineered. Iron: Legit iron which helps cells and body parts to function. Calcium: A substance that strengthen bones.

Reflection Over all my health style is pretty good my Dad makes oatmeal, stew, and other gross yet healthy stuff but one change that can improve my life style is a bit more exercise. The stew we have is pure vegetables and water with some broth and the oatmeal we have is plain no toppings.
