Reasons for failure (2) Degree of integration and the JPA Objectives and work plan unclear, too diversified, unrealistically ambitious, lacking novelty Scientific basis for project is stated as a matter of fact without a supporting scientific argument No real integration between partners or workpackages Organisation and management No or insufficient description of management structure and decision-taking Management structure insufficient for project size RTD/E.2/JL
