Contract Compliance: Manage Contracts View Transactions against a Contract This guide illustrates how to manage a contract and its terms after they are published, including viewing transactions and amending a contract. Contract Compliance: Manage Contracts View Transactions against a Contract (continued) Click the Summary tab. Amount Available: The amount of money still available on the contract (maximum minus spent). Amount Spent: The total amount of the orders placed against the contract. Amount Percent Left: The remaining amount as a percentage. Click the Orders tab to see each purchase order placed against the contract. Contract Compliance: Manage Contracts Amend a Contract Use an amendment to change contract dates, pricing terms, limits, etc. Before you begin, choose the appropriate amendment type from the chart on the right. Open the contract workspace via Search or My Documents. Amendment Types Renewal Extend an agreement beyond its original expiration date Amendment Change the contract itself or the pricing terms Change commercial contract attributes other than dates Administrative Update non-commercial contract attributes (project owner, description, etc.) Load additional documents that do not require signature Termination End a contract before its original expiration date 1 1 Page 3 Get Help – SCCP2PCommunicationTeam@prc.sccgov.org

Contract Compliance: Manage Contracts Amend a Contract (continued) Click the Overview tab. In the Contract Attributes portlet, click Actions and select Amend. Select the Amendment Type. Contract Compliance: Manage Contracts Amend a Contract (continued) To edit any of the data on the Overview tab, go to the appropriate portlet, click Actions and select Edit. To edit the contract terms, click the Documents tab. Then click SCC-PricingTerms and click Open. Edit and save the contract terms the same way you did for the original contract. On the Overview tab, go to the Contract Attributes portlet. Click Actions and select Publish.
