Cloud Solution Provider Advisor/Open to CSP Transitions Updated 8/27/2015

Step 1 Use the “delegated admin” link provided below and grant SYNNEX CSP rights to the end users 365 account. Step 2 After granting SYNNEX access, you must provide the end users name, license type, and quantity to microsoftcsp@synnex.com We will confirm the addition of the CSP licenses via email.

Verify the licenses are active in the 365 account Step 3 Verify the licenses are active in the 365 account ***PLEASE NOTE: CSP licenses DO NOT show under “Billing”>”Subscriptions” NOT HERE HERE You will see double the amount of licenses under “Licenses” until you cancel the Microsoft direct licenses or they expire

Step 4 – cancellation If advisor licenses are expiring, the CSP licenses will automatically be reassigned to users once advisor licenses expire Open 365 licenses will expire and the CSP licenses will take their place. Those will be labeled “Product Key” under Cost. If advisor licenses are not expiring and have time left Navigate to “Billing”>”Subscsriptions”, highlight the subscription and then select “cancel”. If the cancel option is not available, you must call Microsoft Cloud support and cancel

Step 4 – cancellation continued If the cancel option is not available, you must call Microsoft Cloud support and cancel at 800-865-9408. If you get a rep who is unfamiliar with CSP, ask to be transferred to someone else who knows more about the Cloud Solution Provider program If you are prompted that a cancellation fee will be charged, we have CONFIRMED that there is no fee but you are more than welcome to call and cancel and directly.
