Rhinitis in the Immune system By: Ashley Marie

What Is It? Is a reaction that occurs in the eyes, nose, and throat. It causes inflammation and fluid production in the nasal passages.

How Do You Get It? You get it from irritants or allergens. Cells inside of the body will release histamine and other chemicals.

What Happens to the System? Nothing harmless happened to the body while having rhinitis. There would be slower and harder breaths for the person that has it.

Does the Body Try to Fix Itself? Your body doesn't try to fix itself because most of the people that have this get it from allergies.

What Medicines do you Need to Take? The medicines you need to take while having rhinitis are called over-the-counter medicines. This includes antihistamines, decongestants, and eye drops.

Is It Curable? Yes rhinitis is curable. You would need to take meds a lot to help get rid of it but the inflaming, redness, and pain will go away.
