Jean Monnet Seminar Reflecting on the Future of Europe in the 202-2030 Time Horizon – Inputs from Macau Context: Independent Reflection Group on the Future of Europe in the 202-2030 Time Horizon. Reflection Group chaired by Mr. Felipe Gonzalez established by the European Council to assist the EU in effectively anticipating and meeting challenges in the time horizon of 2020 to 2030 started the work - December 2008 shall present report to European Council by June 2010.
